An excellent service, kept in touch throughout. Had a small problem over delivery times/dates, but all was sorted to my complete satisfaction.

Good communications from MyTub to let me know that parts would be delayed as not in stock. Responded to my queries v quickly.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Thank you MyTub, without you finding the part I needed, it would have cost me over£5000 to replace my boiler....
