Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Great fast service delivery driver was very polite rang me about half hour before he delivered I was able to tell although I was not there my mother was but she is a bit nervy due to her dementia and put the package in dinning room for her, our also spoke to the driver and said how polite he was...

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service....
