Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. I placed a small order for 6m of 15mm x 1mm thick copper tube which is an unusual size not commonly stocked. Between them Deborah and Christine managed to source the tube and get it safely delivered. Given service like this I will certainly use MyTube again....

good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.
