Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. A very big thanks to Rachel, she was marvellous....

I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!

We are sorry about this.
We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.

I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. However - when I phoned to cancel & request refund - this was done without any problems & email sent straight away confirming refund done - Thank you...
