Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. Responded and contacted quickly. They sorted out a basin that was no longer produced but they still managed to locate one 4 miles down the road. Cant fault them. Great service. Thanks...

The overall experience with my purchase from "My Tub" was first class. I needed to talk to a representative, who was extremely helpful. I was regularly updated in respect of the progress of my order, right up to delivery, which was precisely when they said it would be.

Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone....

Just one thing - I've ordered an OUTASIGHT shower screen, but your site
didn't give me the opportunity to choose a colour, you could consider
