I was looking for a specific item. I had a useful email exchange to ensure that the appropriate item was found. It has since been shipped and received. I was kept abreast of each stage of the process.
Great service !...

The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. The product came with full instruction so it took me no time to fit the seat. The seat is better then I expected it has been modified with better components and it works perfect.
The website was easy to use and it was free delivery system over certain price. Best and smooth service I had for long time. Thank you. ...

The tap arrived as you promised. My only comment your service is the lack of it at weekends!...

Thank You. An excellent Service, with constant updates keeping me informed. A speedy delivery. The free delivery over £25.00 is a sale clincher. Highly Recommended. Top of my links from now on. ...

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time....
