I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Payment options - like a lot of people I use a debit card for payment. Debit card isnt one of the options, you have to use the "credit card" option and presume that also covers debit cards.
Make it clear and incorporate "debit card" as an option please.

The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
