first class service right up to the point of delivery... the delivery guy was in my wife's words "the rudest delivery, i have ever had", the guy just grunted "sign ere..." my wife then asked if he had a pen and he just said "no".... he then mopped off to the van and then put the package on the floor by the door and walked off!!!! seriously no manners.... sorry to say this would put me off using you again....

Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive. Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins ------------- ------------------------- ------------------ Hello Paul Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this has been a recent change to our system. We agree with you that it is not quite right and we have now edited our system so as not to be so confusing. Regards MyTub...

Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails. Correct coals now delivered!!Many thanks Gill...

Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down....
