You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again ...

It was unfortunate that the first delivery of my item was lost in transit but full marks to myTub as they kept in helpful communication with me and sent a replacement item shortly after me reporting the non-delivery. I thoroughly recommend this company for their efficient and friendly service....

Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Yes I have now received my motorised valve but not without a hic up ! I appears that some where alone the process of sending me the valve my delivery address was manually transferred or maybe read from a post code. I gave you the address of Bucksburn Academy and the package was addressed Bucksburn Clinic. I was good fortune that you put my mobile phone number on the parcel and some kind health visitor called it!
Any how I am pleased with the valve and will not hesitate to use you again because your pricing is good and the delivery is quick potentially!.

Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again....
