Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadnt chased the delivery Im not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all! However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branchs performance....

My toilet seat arrived this morning having only ordered it yesterday. It is already in situ which is a relief with guests staying this weekend. A superb service. Many thanks. We will certainly recommend you to friends....

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. product great but delievry driver did not have message to delievr to neighbour. I only received it due to teh quick thinking of the neighbour who spotted the delivery van....
