Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service....

good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.

MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. Very pleased with the service and communication throughout the sourcing, order and delivery process...
