I have been trying to get this part for 2 months and have been persistently let down, including being fobbed off by the manufacturer, I ordered it from my Tub and it arrived within 8 days! Nothing short of miraculous!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, my first stop from now on.

Ordering online was easy and the delivery date 10 days later, whilst taking a little longer than most, was met on target and the correct item was dispatched. My only concern was that the item came wrapped only in a thin plastic which was badly torn but luckily there was no damage to the basin. However, it seems more by chance and it would have been better if had cardboard packaging to prevent possible damage to what is a fragile item. The was my first experience using My Tub and I would definitely no hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to other. Thank you.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced
but other wise a good service will use again

The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long....
