Just what we wanted, cheapest supplier we could find on the web and delivered on the day advised. Very happy and would use them again without hesitation....

Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again....

Item arrived on time, price was very competitive and the delivery guy rang me which made it really easy to direct him where to leave package. Overall a very good service...

Contacted MyTub after previous fruitless web search for this particular control knob item. Excellent customerservice, email notification trail and on-time delivery. Would definitely use this website for future requirements. Well done and will be recommending to others. BF...

The courier has tried to deliver my parcel twice but despite me putting a message on the order, which you acknowledged the courier wont leave the parcel so I am still waiting!
If I was honest the whole shopping experience with mytub has been a bit of a disappointment. I was told the item was in stock yet you gave an estimated delivery date of 10 days later. However you did change this to the 1212 after I emailed you which was good of you. But now I am now in the position of having to stay in all day Monday waiting for the courier to deliver despite you noting my message that the parcel could be left....
