I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. They were quick to respond to questions and phoned to confirm the delivery time. Product also arrived with no issues. ...

Hi
Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!
