Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed..
