I have recently received this order exactly on the day predicted - about 10 days after ordering, as warned.
It was a Vaillant VR61 mixer module. This communicates with the boiler eBUS and allows control of the domestic hot water valve at a high temp if required, and of TWO central heating zone valves. It replaced in my case a VR65 which will only do ONE central heating zone valve. This was unused though I had opened it to look at, but Mytub agreed to take it back with a 15% handling charge deduction if I packed it up in original packing. Very good of them, I thought.
The equipment itself is German and as with many Vaillant controls the instructions are a somewhat opaque translation! However I shall master them!! With the VRC430 weather compensating device, the system is said to be hig...

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
