Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. Update e-mails were useful but my only complaint was that delivery was 1 day late.I did not require the part urgently so it was not a problem.l would recommend mytub to my friends....

Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
