After reading many of the reviews I decided to order a replacement toilet seat. Order arrived on time and I was very pleased with the item. Overall an excellent service and I would recommend....

Excellent communication throughout the order process, competitive price and 2 day delivery. Would use MyTub again without hesitation....

The order arrived satisfactorily, thank you. However the length of time between order despatch arrival was very long and I am unlikely to use MyTub again for that reason. ...

Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted....

Thanks to you all. Fantastic service !
My cabinet arrived exactly as stated but had an obvius manufacturing fault. You went out of your way to resolve the problem and kept me updated with progress.
Everything was done so as not to inconvenience me.
I really don't see how you could improve on your Customer Service.
It's been a pleasure doing business with you.
I shall definitely be back....
