You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again ...

I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. Never heard of this site before, stumbled upon it whilst trying to find a relatively unknown shower screen.
On finding the unit, the site said it would update me as to availability, which it duly did, and then delivered next day, not bad !! Very simple to use and quick with it....

The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
They refused to order the part for me. I finally was able to find my parts at MyTub and within a few days I had my shipment at my door step and install it. It a perfect match. Excellent service and will always buy from them....
