Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Bath was delivered at 4pm the next day, which was spot on, by a very polite and courteous chap. Thank you My Tub - would definitely use you again and would defintely recommend to others. 5 Stars!...

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service....
