Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. Very pleased with your service However i Was led to believe that the Esher Three pack included a towel rail and it tuned out to be a Towel ring . Which we do not want. problem is currently being resolved...

I ordered this same item just two years ago thermo couple for gas fire ordered it the at 3pm arrived 9am next day, this time taken a few days longer but no emergency so pleased enough about service, the only criticism I made then and am making now still no PHOTO image of the item being purchased it really does make a difference when you can compare it item that you trying to match, luckily I still had the same part number, but would illuminate some problems.

Sink and tap are better than anticipated, always a problem when ordering just from photographs.
Delivery was a bit of an issue, stock not available but then it was available. Dispatch did keep me informed. Arrived on the day stated and the sink and tap in perfect condition. Just need to install it now:...
