The wrong product was delivered but after a call to Mytub the correct part was delivered a few days later. You find out how much a company values its customers when theres a problem to sort out and Im happy with they way Mytub dealt with correcting the mistake. Thank you....

Hello sir,
Tuesday I received the parcel. I would like to thank you for the service.The CD with the software for the Diagnostics for the Vaillant boiler Vrdialog 8102 is very out of date. Its the version 2.2. by 2006. On the internet can I find the version 2.5, but there are already the VrDIALOG 8102 version 2.8.0.3 but I cant download it. My computer works with windows 7 and this version works only with windows XP.
Christine, of you company, did provide the upgrade to version 2.8.0.3.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Good price nd arrived on time once despatched but a lot of faffing about because you forgot the price quoted on the invoice which I ad didnt include delivery which then had to be paid separately....
