We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Materials ordered were delivered by local suppliers. However it took a week to arrive. Ordered other materials at the same time from another plumbing supplier, which arrived the next day. So materials ok but delivery poor. Would I use again, yes....
