Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!!...

Service was good and I would use you again. You tried to deliver the same item twice, which is clearly better than not delivering at all!

Thank you for all your trouble, as I appreciate that I had asked for something a little unusual. Thanks for chasing it up when it did not arrive, and am pleased to say it arrived on Momday as promised. Once again many thanks for your effort and service. Peter Radford....
