Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements.
