My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed....

First-class service : helpful, friendly, personal and effective. My only concern is that basin was delivered "bare" not in a cardboard box, or similar and the protective plastic film that should have protected the edges of the basin was perforated or torn in places it will not be clear until the basin is removed from its plastic wrap whether any cosmetic damage was incurred as a result....

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive.
Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date
Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins
