Items received bank on when your informative communications said it would arrive. Well done you, a good company to place an order with, no messing around....

each time I have phoned, the lady has been most helpful.
item came on the day scheduled, but would have liked a rough guide - say perhaps before 12noon or after 12noon.
love the item, matches exactly the taps I already have.
