The quality of the product that was delivered to me was far from the standard that I would have expected from a company like yourselves. The item appeared to have been in the warehouse for a number of years and was bent with paint starting to corrode.
I can only say that the item was replaced within a period of 2 weeks with a quality item. Service response was good.
The original item should never have been allowed to be delivered as there could not have been any quality checks. This was someone getting rid of some old rubbish item. I can only say that this has certainly put me off using the website and supplier again.

I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Thank you, the smoke alram was delivered to my Aunt on Friday as promised. Unfortunately I was going to get in touch because the alarm is faulty. My Aunt has had one of these alarms for 11 years and this is the first time she has had to replace it so she is well used to how they work. She followed the instructions but now the alarm wont stop bleeping and she has had to put it into a cupboard for some peace! Of course she cant return it by post while its bleeping for secutiry reasons! I would welcome your advice....

So pleased I was able to still buy the correct vermiculite for my Valor gas fire. I bought a cheaper pack first, of a different brand from another company, which had larger granules. Unfortunately, I found it caused quite loud popping noises when the fire was on. Using the correct vermiculite bought from your company has made all the difference. Also, it was delivered within good time....
