Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. The on line ordering system was excellant and completed without any problem. Confirmation of the order and shipping details received via email again excellant.
Goods all received as specified on the advised delivery date.
So all round the service was excellant.
The only criticisim I have is the the inlet valve supplied with the particular cistern I purchased will not fit if you use the right side handed flush if the inlet is on the right as well. I am now left with a part that is of no use to me. ...
