I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. well Twyford put me in touch with Samantha at My tub I wanted a 1500 shower bath panel sorted in 10mins it was all sorted you had this discontinued line. You saved my day I could get rid yellow bath panel,no funds to replace the shower bath. Fast delivery no problem at all .i thank you all at Mytub. You are very helpful....
