Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Early days yet but I am expecting a appropriate completion. Regards Pete...

My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed....

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. I dealt with Christine, who I found to be most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I would certainly recommend her to everyone. Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
It will not be forgotton.
