Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed....

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Found the service good with no issues receiving the order.
I did however, when looking for the components by name the item was not so easy to find.
I did have the manufactures catalog and was able to search by product code which worked well.
Would recommend to other engineers
