We thankyou for getting the order down to us for the weekend , but when i went to collect fron the plumb centre the order was very confussing as the part was in a sealed bag saying 1 pair but with only 1 hose in the bag, so the manager opened a new myson heater box and gave me the hoses from that....

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back! My order was so small but this didnt seem to matter, still made me feel like a special customer. If I were a plumber I am not! I would use these guys all of the time. So refreshing that there are companies out there that still go the extra mile to keep customers informed.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
