Once again the goods, when they arrived, were as expected but delivery dates slipped a lot from the original date at payment. I was kept informed of the situation and, luckily, I was not desperate for the goods to arrive. It may have been the particular items that I ordered that caused the delay....

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. My order was delivered by Plumb Centre, Ipswich on date given. The fragile gaskets were undamaged but could have been better protected with a stiffening layer of cardboard. There was a bonus: 4 reels of PTFE tape which I had not ordered! Any ideas who missed out

the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.
I thought this would be sent direct
I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.
