Had to wait a week for the part, but didnt mind as it was cheaper than other places. However I was kept updated at all times by the friendly customer services staff.

Top notch for parts accuracy and delivery! I had a broken Mira shower constantly leaking. Other suppliers quoted 23 week delivery obsolete model, sir. MyTub found the part and promised 48 hour delivery for an extra £10 it was deivered the next day. Highly recommended....

Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long. ...

My order was dealt with efficiently. There was a wait for the item, which was made clear when ordering, but we were kept up to date about the expected delivery date which in actual fact was sooner then expected. Would definitely use again....

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. MyTub was very good at providing one of the parts I needed and the whole procedure was straight forward with a user friendly ordering system, good company customer contact procedures and good delivery service.
