Thank you for ensuring that I got the parts before Christmas due to the parts being out of stock.
However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Although the product I ordered online seemed to be quite elusive when posted to me, I was kept fully informed about the delays and revised dates.
From my point of view the delays were not a problem and I would certainly use mytub again in the future....

The price and service i received from MyTub was mostly very acceptable, the only concern was knowing a definite delivery date sooner and perhaps a slightly quicker delivery would have been good....
