THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED MYTUB BUT IT CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE THE LAST. THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND THE VALUE WAS AMAZING, EVEN MY PLUMBER COULD NOT OBTAIN THE GOODS AT THE PRICE I PAID.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
