I originally found someone cheaper but I couldnt get through to the other supplier so I ordered from these guys. However before I ordered I asked them to price match the other supplier but I didnt really receive a price match.
I placed the order on Tuesday and it was supposed to arrive on Friday but it arrived on Monday. But the weather was not ideal so that may be an excuse for the slight delay....

Excellent value and helpful friendly staff, but i was told i had to pick up from Camden as it was fragile. I then had to wait a long time for it to be delivered to the pick up point, but then , a change of mind and it was delivered direct to my door, so, it was a good service.

Replacement gas fire coals arrived well packaged, exactly as described and a day earlier than the three day delivery forecast time. Will definitely visit MyTub again for other products when required. Rating excellent...

product great but delievry driver did not have message to delievr to neighbour. I only received it due to teh quick thinking of the neighbour who spotted the delivery van....
