I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Quick service goods exactly as described. I think that Carriage charge was excessive for such a small lightweight item. Should be an option for second class postage as not all customers are in a hurry to receive items ordered....
