We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
Items were well packaged and in very good condition.
Can find no fault with MyTub from our pre-order queries to receipt of goods.

The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us....
