Thank you very much for your help in getting the right shower door and delivered quickly. Your flexibility was great and the status communications were excellent....

I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.

Brilliant service. Image of product not already on the site but you were able to obtain it ASAP for me. Received the item in only 2 days, shipping to ROI. Thank you....

Very prompt service and a good price too!...

Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again....

Excellent service ensured that I received my urgently required order the following day rather than after the Bank Holiday. Very satisfied....

Good service. Had problems getting the product elsewhere {Screw-Fix}. I got the taps I required at a good price {less than Screw fix} and they arrived when promised. Well pleased. Well done. Will definitely use your company in future....
