While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
I would without question recommend you and will use again if required.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Buying from MyTub was just like being in the shop for real.

Quality products at a reasonable cost. Items were delivered as soon as they were available from manufacturer. 1 of 6 items found to be damaged but was immediately organised to be replaced.
Overall a Good service and good communications by Mytub and i would use again....

A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!
