After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation...

Thanks for sorting my order. Advertising the parts at a price you couldnt deliver at caused a delay on our job. And sadly a lot of the parts were damaged, which wasnt your fault, but compounded our delays issues on getting this job finished. ...
