In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. Found the service good with no issues receiving the order.
I did however, when looking for the components by name the item was not so easy to find.
I did have the manufactures catalog and was able to search by product code which worked well.
Would recommend to other engineers

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier.
