Not delivered on stated day 22 Feb but was delivered the next day, and delivery driver apologised for delay. Also, I got rapid and courteous email response when I reported non-delivery. Apart from that , website easy to follow, and price the best I could find....

after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!

Unfortunately obsolete items do not get the price updated so will appear a great deal cheaper than the replacement product.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. My order was delivered on time. Unfortunately I shall have to return the item not due to MyTub and order an alternative product. I queried this on the customer service email and received a prompt telephone reply. I shall certainly recommmemd My Tub.
