Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! We placed this order on 3 December but did not receive the goods finally until the third week in February. The delay seemed to be largely due to the manufacturer (Twyfords).
However, it was not evident from your website or during the ordering process that these goods were not in stock. Neither was the likelihood of such a lengthy delay in delivery made clear.
I feel this kind of issue ought to be highlighted to potential purchasers in some way....

Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive.
Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date
Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins

Best price for the shower part we needed and it arrived very promptly too - great communication keeping us aware at every stage of what was happening. Now our daughter can have her own shower back so wont need to use our ensuite at 6.00a.m. - many thanks!...

The courier has tried to deliver my parcel twice but despite me putting a message on the order, which you acknowledged the courier wont leave the parcel so I am still waiting!
If I was honest the whole shopping experience with mytub has been a bit of a disappointment. I was told the item was in stock yet you gave an estimated delivery date of 10 days later. However you did change this to the 1212 after I emailed you which was good of you. But now I am now in the position of having to stay in all day Monday waiting for the courier to deliver despite you noting my message that the parcel could be left....
