From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Order arrived in good order and E-Mail communications were good throughout. The courier was conscienscious and contected me before delivery. Only slight complaint would be that it took over a week from order to delivery....

ordered item all seemed well told 7-10 day waiting online staff were very helpful but near 4 weeks later still waiting told item will be with me now in 5 days at most not convinced yet ...

Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company....
