The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!...

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. You asked fora review which I am pleased to give. Not having used your company before and finding a couple of days before Christmas that I needed a spare part for my fire, I came across your name as suppliers of the part.
I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. Well done and thank you. I would not hesitate to use your company on another occasion....

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was.
