Goods received well packaged and intact. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. We thankyou for getting the order down to us for the weekend , but when i went to collect fron the plumb centre the order was very confussing as the part was in a sealed bag saying 1 pair but with only 1 hose in the bag, so the manager opened a new myson heater box and gave me the hoses from that....

O.K. the order took just over a week to receive.
Please could someone advise me that what sort of period can you offer on guarantee
Does this part come from Ideal Standard or from third party
For example, there some changes on colour, its grey,and not white finish, from its exsiting and original part and the bar looks slimmer, and its down size on the actual blue float.

goods have been ordered direct from the manufactures (ideal) there code for the item is SV81767. Ideal have advised that system fittings have a 5 year warranty.
