The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks my find was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock so thats when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the mrs thinks I’m a star brownie points for me, which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!

Very Good Price, But:
Ordered 2 Entice WC seats, after receiving a delivery time lead time update email at 0908 hrs confirming 2-3 days delivery.
After order placed @10.08 hrs same morning, delivery time then quoted as 12 days out. Not good...

All stuff ordered arrived as agreed. Successfully fitted. All working. My only constructive comment would be the time that it took to arrive. I am sure that there are good reasons for the elapsed time and I am happy to have waited because he price was good value. However, I did have to flush the toilet with a bucket while waiting. If I had realised what the wait time would be, I might have paid you or someone else more to get the item quicker. I dont remember the delivery time being made clear before paying....
